Economic Stability Leads to Safer Communities

 I believe that safer, stronger communities are built on a solid economic foundation. We can achieve a stronger, more robust local economy that ensures a brighter Hyattsville for generations to come. My economic policy seeks to accomplish the following: 

• Support small businesses with easier access to local grants and resources.

• Expand job training programs for youth and adults to reduce economic insecurity.

• Work with local schools and businesses to strengthen workforce pipelines in diverse fields.

• Encourage coalition building through public-private partnerships in order to bring new businesses and create jobs.
